Double-action pH neutralizer and cuticle sealer is an acidifier that smoothes and tightens the cuticle and locks in curl and color. Low-pH formula reduces hair swelling caused by chemical services, such as tinting, lightening, straightening and perming. Deactivates and removes ammonia and peroxide residues while eliminating perm odors. pH 2.5 to 3.5 contains Quadramine Complex an exclusive blend of low molecular weight and size proteins. This balance of 19 essential amino acids adheres quickly and effectively to ensure maximum protection and reconstruction from the cuticle to the cortex. Application: Apply a small amount onto your palms and spread through the entire length of the hair. Leave for 5 minutes. Thoroughly rinse and dry with a towel.
